Slacking Alittle Bit!

Okay, I have been slacking a little bit!  I have not logged all of my food for yesterday or today yet!  I really need to do that, but I have not been feeling that great today and yesterday I was sooo busy I didn’t have time either!  I have been getting a lot of exercise I guess with all the running around I have been doing these last two days!  I try to park further from stores and take the stairs whenever I go some where!  But hopefully the weather will get nice here soon and I can start walking again!  We did get some nice weather this past weekend and I went for walks!  Also, we got snow yesterday and I got out and I cleared all the snow off of our side walk and deck!  Not to bad I guess!  The food I ate was not that healthy, but I didn’t snack or eat as much food either!  Hopefully it all balances out, I guess I will find out when I log my food today! 

Still Hanging In There……

Well, I am still hanging in there with logging all the food I eat.  I can’t believe how much fat and calories food has, it is scary to actually look at the calories in stuff you eat.  I have been down sick with the the flu the last two days and even on the days I was sick and thought I didn’t eat that much, I still manage to get alot of calories in for the day.  The only difference on those days I actually consumed the amount of calories I should have daily.  I haven’t had alot of exercise due to being sick, but I am planning on getting back to getting more active as soon as I get over this cold.  But I still try to move around the house alot and do leg lifts here and there just to feel like I am doing something.  Well, hopefully I will have a good weekend, it’s suppose to be nice here so hopefully I can get some walking in or something! 

Trying to stay motivated!

Well, my main goal today is to stay motivated, I am actually watching TV while checking out this website and so far the last two shows have been about weightloss!  I think that must be a sign for me that i need to do this!  I just received a great email from a girl on this site that really got me thinking about how I can do this I just need the right tools and the motivation.  Which my bestfriend just sent me a message letting me know she joined this site too, so that is great!  We plan on walking again after the weather gets nice! We use to walk together in the morning before she went to work and I had to get my daughter off to school, but then the weather got nasty and cold, so we stopped and never got going again!  We both really want to lose weight by summer time, we are trying to plan a vacation together this summer to the beach and we want to look good!  So I think we can do it, if we just stick to it!   

Just Getting Started!

Well, my goal is to officially get started with my weightloss plan tomorrow, Monday Feb. 25, 2008!  I don’t really have a set plan, I just want to start tracking what I eat and when I eat, use this blog to help me keep motivated, and to be more active!  It’s hard with the weather being so yucky, but I am going to try!  I just read about a girl who lost weight by doing those things, so I want to give it a try!  Hopefully I will get my bestfriend and mom to do it too, then we can do this together!  Wish me luck!!!
